Remember this?

Your brand-new baby tucked against your chest. Nursing. Skin to skin. His tiny hand resting on you, holding you close.

You breathe in that intoxicating new baby smell and somehow your heart grows even bigger with every breath.

I would give anything to go back and hold each of my babies just one more time like this.

These days pass so quickly. Babies grow, seasons change, and before we know it these moments only live in our memories… and in the photographs we saved. 🤍

A beautiful Catholic Medical Center birth! The staff is always so lovely and supportive.

LOOK at that eye contact! Sweet girl found her mama right away.

Where did you have your baby? Did you feel supported and heard?

Watch me grow!!

In 2009 I had my first child. I went into my birth experience with really no clue what to expect. I only took the hospital class which really just taught me how to check in and how to be a good patient. There wasn’t really any true explanation of the birth process. Otherwise I figured the providers would just tell me what to do and I’d be good to go. Well… they did, but it wasn’t a good experience. It was traumatic and left me wondering why anyone ever had more than 1 baby.

I got to know some birth workers around me as my son grew. I was drawn to being a lactation consultant because I worked hard for my breastfeeding journey and I wanted to help others with theirs.

After some big life changes - a second pregnancy, divorce, and moving back across the country… I took my doula course in 2011. I couldn’t wait to start serving clients. In the meantime I had my second son in December of 2011.

I started really attending births around 2014. All my friends were having babies and I was there. Supporting some amazing people being their babies into the world. After several births taking cell phone photos for clients I decided that I needed a camera and got a Nikon coolpix. Just something a little better to give something extra back to my clients. I was told I had a good eye and that I should actually invest a bit into a dslr camera... I. Was. Hooked.

I spent years attending births and eventually adding films as well. Birth is where I belong. The long hours and being on call can be hard. Breaks are good. Support is so important. But I can’t see myself walking away any time soon.

Are you having a baby in NH in 2026? Let’s chat about how I can support you and capture the moment you meet the love of your life!

💝 This Valentine’s Day, Give Her Proof She Was There💝

We take SO many photos of our kids.
Their smiles. Their milestones. Their magic.

But what about mom?

This Valentine’s Day, give the gift of being seen—really seen.
Not posed. Not perfect. Not performing.

A documentary-style photography session that honors motherhood as it actually looks:
The way she tucks hair behind little ears.
The way she wipes away tears and kisses booboos.
The laughter, the exhaustion, the tenderness, the chaos, the love.

No matching outfits.
No spotless house.
No pressure to be anything other than yourself.

Come as you are. Let the kids be kids. Let the mess exist. Let the moments unfold.

Because one day, your children won’t just want photos of themselves—
they’ll want to see you.
The way you loved them.
The way you showed up.
The way you were always there.
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about presence.

💝 Valentine’s Day Documentary Session Gift Cards Available
A gift for mothers who deserve to be in the photos—and remembered.

That excitement you experience watching your baby learn to walk. 🥹

What milestone has your little one hit lately that just makes your heart burst? My newly turned 6 year old is learning to read. I'd forgotten how amazing that feeling is!

What’s your favorite hour of the day?

Is it morning? When their eyes first wake up searching for you and they find your face and let out that big smile? Is it when you’re dead asleep and you hear the thumping of little footsteps running towards your room and then they crash into your bed on top of you?

Is it afternoon while making lunch together? Playing with their favorite toys? Going on an adventure outside?

Is it the "witching hour"? Hear me out… I know that’s nobody’s favorite time of day but a snapshot of what this time in your life looked like as you comforted them even when nothing worked. Documentation of your unwavering love even in the hardest times.

Is it night time? Getting ready for bed?. Brushing teeth, pajamas, snuggles reading books? Watching their eyes slowly flutter as they drift off to sleep.

The small moments of the day make up a lifetime of memories as a parent. Many of the moments I personally long for now that my children are older. What would it feel like to have your favorite hour of the day documented? Would you feel seen?
