Locking down location and date soon!! I am so excited for this experience! This will be an all-inclusive retreat that will revolve around embracing WHO you are. A once in a lifetime experience of releasing all of the lies and voices that make us feel stuck, shameful, and excluded.

The 2-night weekend experience theme will be:

Friday night: Becoming ONE
Saturday: Exposing the truth about who you are (bo***ir session)
Saturday night: Releasing the lies of ourselves (bonfire)
Sunday: Freed

My warning, don’t watch if you don’t want to. This is so important though to understand, society will never be ok with women being actual beings.

It’s an intense audio-visual journey that unpacks the inherent hypocrisy of the phrase “just be a lady.” Like, what even does that mean? As Nixon’s video illustrates, it’s a phrase rife with juxtaposition. Contradiction. Judgment. Misogyny. There’s no way to “just be a lady,” because what constitutes being one is a moving target with a bullseye largely painted on by people who are non-female.

And on and on it goes, capturing the near-impossibility for a woman in this day and age to ever meet the standards placed on us by society.

Let’s show them otherwise. Let’s blow “being a lady” out of the water!

This weekend, I had the opportunity to photograph an empowerment/mindset weekend with these beautiful leaders. This group of powerful leaders, are exactly what I need to represent xoxo  bo***ir experiences!! I made connections with women from CA, Ohio, OK, and Kentucky! How amazing would it be if I got to travel to all of these states and do bo***ir experiences!!! This weekend was a great way of branching out for me personally and professionally. Praying this won’t be the last time I have them behind my lens.

Ladies, remember me when you need my bo***ir experience under your belt. 💁🏻‍♀️ Each one of y’all represent fire, leadership, beauty, sass and a whole lot of fun. Miss y’all already!
