How to use Compound Nodes in DaVinci Resolve 🎨✨

I forgot to touch on this, but compound nodes are not only used for cleaning up your nodes, you can also use it to adjust the overall opacity of that selection keying down the output of said intensity. So if your power windows or adjustments feel too strong, you can compound them and key them down in unison as needed.

Honestly was blown away with the performance of VIMO-Q wireless microphones. Quick to set up, crisp quality, and quad channels all in one kit.

Was super glad I brought them to Vegas for NAB and gave it a real world test. Appreciate Comica for sending these over!

Learning how to light, shoot, and edit did not happen in the course of a day. But what I did to get there was practice the craft consistently for these past few years.

If you’re getting into this field, don’t be discouraged to be at the same level as some of the pros, just practice and have fun with it. That’s what got me to where I am now.

Cinematic Light Club - Are You In?

I remember making this little commercial last year for a t-shirt that I designed last year and let me say, I definitely noticed a FEW different things I would change.

But this is the fun part of creating is that you are consistently evolving and shaping your craft into the way that resembles who YOU are.

Definitely might do some more spec ads for this as I genuinely love the stuff I designed and feel free to cop one yourself 🙂
