Okay besties, feral little business owner reminder incoming… 😂🤍
First of all — THANK YOU. Seriously. Every booking, share, recommendation, comment hyping me up, and every person trusting me to third-wheel their lives with a camera means more than I can explain. This business has grown so much because of all of you and I never want that to get lost in the “official business post” stuff! 🫶
BUTTTT your girl also has to keep herself semi organized before the editing goblin completely takes over…💀
And honestly… I hate to be this person 😂 but:
✨ To officially book and lock in your session or wedding date, I do require a 50% non-refundable retainer. Unfortunately I can’t hold dates without it because busy season gets WILD and I’ve learned I absolutely cannot rely on my brain alone anymore! 😂
✨ I do offer a discount if sessions/weddings are paid in full at booking!
✨ Remaining balances are due before your session/event date unless we’ve talked and set up something different beforehand! And honestly? If life is life-ing and you need to communicate about payments, PLEASE do. I’m a normal person juggling a full-time 9-5, editing until my eyeballs twitch, surviving on caffeine, trying to keep three dogs alive, and listening to them dramatically sigh because they think I should be taking them on a walk instead of answering emails! 😂
✨ Any discounted sessions, model calls, giveaway sessions, or creative concept pricing are offered in exchange for permission to post and share the images publicly for my portfolio, social media, website, advertising, etc. Those sessions honestly end up being some of my FAVORITES because they let me try all the weird cinematic feral ideas constantly running through my brain.✨
Behind every gallery is usually:
• still OBSESSING over your session/weddings days or even months later
• me driving home talking to myself about photo ideas
• editing at unhealthy hours
• crying over good lighting
• reorganizing my entire schedule 14 millions times
• saying “JUST ONE MORE PHOTO” 37 times
• and my husband asking if I’m ever coming to bed 😂
