This winter storm in Nashville has been eventful, to say the least. Ice has taken down trees, power lines, and entire neighborhoods. Much of the city is still without power, and the damage is real and widespread. And yet, in the middle of all that, it’s hard not to notice the quiet beauty. The way everything freezes in place, almost peaceful. It’s unsettling how something so beautiful can also be so destructive. ❄️

Happy New Year! ✨After a much-needed holiday break, I’m back in the office feeling refreshed and ready to embrace all that 2026 has to offer. Each year, I choose words that help shape how I approach my work and guide the season I’m in. My words for 2026 are Build & Enrich.

So much has already been planted and nurtured, and 2026 feels like a season to continue building with intention. It’s about forming and growing what exists, allowing it to mature naturally and meaningfully. Cheers to an incredible year ahead.
