Yesterday, I had the absolute joy of spending the early evening hours with Cloey and her sweet boy, Parker, to celebrate a massive milestone—Cloey’s 22nd birthday TODAY! 🎂✨
Not only is she celebrating another year of being an incredible mom, but this beautiful family is also buying a home and moving this very week! Talk about a season of life worth documenting. 🏡❤️
Little Parker was the absolute star of the show. He is the silliest, most joyful little guy, and he kept us laughing through the entire session. Documenting the authentic, unscripted bond between a mother and her son is one of the exact reasons why I pick up my camera. Cloey, you are so incredibly sweet, and it was an honor to capture these memories for you before you start your next big chapter!

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month đź’™

As a parent, a photographer, and someone who has worked closely with youth who are victims of child abuse and other traumas for over 4 years, I’m reminded every day how important it is for children to feel safe, valued, and unconditionally loved. These images of my own children are a reflection of something deeply personal to me—the kind of home I strive to create for them.

“My kids don’t need to be anyone’s favorite. They don’t need the world’s approval, because they’ve got a home where their worth isn’t up for debate.” – unknown

Every child deserves that kind of safety. A place where they are protected, heard, and never made to question their value.

This month—and every month—let’s be intentional about protecting children, supporting families, and speaking up when it matters.
