When you have two best friends in love, who’ve waited as long as these two high school sweethearts have, to be officially together forever… a little rain just ADDS to the memories, makes it even MORE romantic, and offers ANOTHER welcome excuse to get a little cozier, under that umbrella! 😉🖤

They’re the ones who have been just as excited for this day to get here, as you have! They’re the ones keeping you sane. They’re the ones taking care of all the little stuff, behind the scenes, and not letting it fall to you. They’re the ones standing in the wings, just out of frame, yelling out little things to make you laugh, and hyping you up! They’re the ones who want this day to be perfect for you, even more than YOU do! They’re the ones who are lucky enough to get to know and love you, long before and long after this day!

On your biggest day, these are the people you carved out special time for. They’re the ones you couldn’t imagine this all happening without. 🖤

Just partied together for a day and a half, and the crowd was there, and ready for MORE! 🍾💃

D+J definitely gave the people what they wanted!

This was EVERYONE’s celebration! D+J even included their friends & family, in advance, by planning some big group dances that anyone could learn and be a part of!

Sounds like a tutorial video was shared so that, even though folks were invited from ALL OVER, they could still all come together at the wedding, and have one big, united moment!

You can’t warm up a dance floor any better than that! 🕺🪩

Nonstop, just having THE BEST time 🖤

You can see it on their faces! Not one single moment was wasted! They were always full of excitement for what was happening, and what was about to happen! Constantly catching each other’s eye, smiling ear-to-ear, laughing and joking together, and truly having the time of their lives!

After their ceremony, they took time to just nap and chill together, at the hotel, fit in a practice run of their first dance (sneak peek!), and then do a little wardrobe change, for the evening festivities!

Of course (I mean, look at them!) we needed to have a mini pre-cocktail-hour photo shoot — which felt more like a chaotic and hilarious hangout, with some really gorgeous friends! 😂

God we love these humans! They are everything that made this day so great!🖤

All your friends and family are in town, for just a few days. Sleep will happen some other time, right? 😂

Kick things off with a big Family Brunch, on a rooftop downtown, with henna artists, and delicious made-to-order dosas!

Then you’re off to your Welcome Party! You’ve got food, drinks, games, music, fun! EVERYONE is there! All the faces you’ve been dying to see! Who’s going home early from that??

You barely lie down (or you’re too excited to even sleep at all! 😂) and you’re up again, because it’s WEDDING DAY!

It’s bright & early, and you’ve got a horse in downtown Cincinnati, so we’re partying! 😂

Music echoing off of the city buildings, everyone in bright colors, dancing, cheering, celebrating D+J going through the traditions of getting married!

Energy, unmatched! ❤️

This is that feeling you waited for! This is what you had in mind, from the moment it first sunk in, like, “OMG! We’re getting married!!”

All the plans you made and the millions of little details you decided on, were all done with THIS vision, in the back of your minds. Getting HERE!

This was them, the whole day. The most contagious smiles, belly laughs, and all the sweetness in the world for each other… just having the best time 🥹

The Columbus Art Festival was happening that day. All the streets in the area were barricaded, and full of people and pop-ups!

What do we do??

We make it a moment!!: Alex gets to spend more time with her friends, strutting through the streets together, to get to Strongwater from the Junto hotel! (…since getting cars through might take a while.)

Girlhood. 💜

We make it happen!!: We collaborate with the amazing florist, who volunteers to pause her work on the stunning ceremony arch — for just a few minutes — so that Alex + Tyler can have the fully private moment that they dreamt of, for their first look and reading their vows! (…since the whole area, besides this one spot, is full of people and loud music!)

Every single second, we’re thinking (and scheming 😂) to make this day just a little bit more special for you guys!

Seeing your worry turn to excitement — or never even seeing the worry in the first place! — is truly one of the best things!
