Looking back on 2025, this session sticks out so vividly to me. This was my first Columbus session and I remember feeling so euphoric afterwards because it was the moment where I felt like “dang, I actually did this.” Moving away from your hometown, even if only a couple hours away, is scary. But I can genuinely say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Seeing all my plans, hard work, and dreams come together in the last three months has been the sweetest reward, and getting to meet people like Madison and Josie lets me know I’m in the right place.
These two are SO about each other (and their dogs) ya’ll. I love watching their cutesy Instagram stories about their adventures and how they celebrate each other with so much love. Getting to photograph them was such a joy, and it only makes sense that I’ll kick off my 2026 wedding season with them in May too.
