Canine Connection Photography Professional photography of dogs and the people who love them. Having a person gives a time frame to the shot. Of course just the dogs is fine too!

I love taking pics of dogs and realized most dog people have just dog pics without themselves in the pic. I am able to offer portraits of you and your dog at a Columbus-Upper Arlington photography studio. You may chose to have either your dog's portrait alone or with you or both. Please contact me if interested at email [email protected]

Black dogs have a hard time when surrounded by flashy, hairy, colorful dogs in their family. They become a bit invisible. But this black lab has learned a skill to stand out. Adorable tricks!

Yesterday we had a photoshoot that included 5 dogs, each one different and each one charming. Expression is one of the things that make a dog portrait work and these two shots are good examples. The first is funny because of the lights reflected in the googles and the second seems to be a comment on the hard work of being a model.

I have to share one more pic of little Selleck. I have to admit that Scent Work is rather difficult to photograph as altho it is a challenging activity there is not a lot of action like in Agility. I think this sort of looks like the scent is coming out of the box in waves that Selleck can identify.😄

Jane Switzer and her Yorkie Selleck are two of my favorite subjects to photograph. Not just because they are photogenic but because the bond between them shines through the picture.

Jane Switzer brought little Selleck to the studio to show off his accomplishments in Scent Work. This is a photoshopped version of him surrounded by his ribbons. More pics to come.😊
