This was my 4th year helping with the podcast stage at . Big thanks to Nathan Proulx and Dan Harms for all their help pulling this off.

Nate was the master of audio and video. We ran 5 cameras for the first time and had a really cool lighting setup!

Most of the pictures that we've posted were taken by Dan and he was the emcee for the stage.

And in one of these pictures, you can see the huge wall of windows behind the stage, which looks really cool, but presented some lighting challenges for the recordings.

Another throwback to track season (still getting caught up on editing and posting photos)

Featured here are two young men that have been pushing each other for years. They are stronger, faster, and happier because they have each other.

And having great sportsmanship and competitive drive also comes from great coaching. Sometimes I think the coach gets in more running than those competing.

I skipped around when posting pictures. Going back and getting caught up and I'm pretty sure this is the first baseball game that I took pictures at. Of course I'm biased to my own kid. But the other kids are awesome too!
