A few years ago I did Tait's Senior photos. You can imagine my jaw hitting the floor when he called me in January asking me to photograph his surprise proposal to McKenzie! I’m trying really hard to wrap my brain around this. No parent should have to bury a child. My momma heart is broken and my teacher heart doesn’t know how she’s going to face her students tomorrow. Last night our school lost a student to a heartless act of violence. Please keep Bri’s family and Trojan Nation in prayer. If you plan on attending the volleyball game tomorrow, please wear purple in honor of Bri. Donations for the family will be collected at the door.

It's brings me great joy when asked to do high school senior photos but it's an honor to have them come back and ask for senior photos when they're graduating college. Micaela's high school senior session is one of my all time favorites; I just love a fiery redhead! I can't believe she's now graduating Cum Laude from the Mississippi University for Women with a Bachelor's of Arts in Legal Studies. She will continue her studies and pursue a career as a lawyer.

I had the honor of capturing a surprise engagement at Tableau in New Orleans for a very special couple. Travis reached out asking if I’d be willing to drive to NOLA because he was proposing to Hailee and it was a surprise.
