I love when people say “you need to help me pose” and then I just say to be yourself. Generally they are very uncomfortable for the first few minutes but then get used to me observing. This is the result.

I’m an amateur photographer, but one thing I know for sure is that when people are comfortable, the pictures speak for themselves.

Can we normalize not posing for pics? Like, ever? These moments are so much more precious in my opinion ❤️

She helped me get through the worst day of life, introduced me to one of my breast friends , and mentored us both through the process of getting .and.thrive.podcast season 2 underway.
