One thing that is incredibly important to me as a photographer is making sure my clients feel cared for, respected, and comfortable throughout the entire experience.
A question I receive fairly often from families is whether their images have to be shared on social media. The answer is simple: absolutely not.
Many families choose to keep their photos private for a variety of personal reasons, and I completely respect that decision. If you prefer that your images not be posted online, I will do my very best to honor that request and ensure your wishes are respected.
Because of this, you may notice that I sometimes share only a few images from a session or none at all. While social media may not always reflect every session I photograph, I am always working behind the scenes.
I wanted to share this because if you’ve ever considered booking a family session with me but hesitated due to concerns about privacy, please don’t let that hold you back! Before your session, we’ll discuss any specific needs, preferences, or restrictions you may have so that everyone feels comfortable and cared for.
My goal is to serve your family well…from the planning stages, to the session itself, and even after your gallery is delivered. Your trust means so much to me, and I am committed to respecting your family’s wishes every step of the way.
This session is a great example below! ⬇️ We did a full multigenerational shoot (one of my favorite kinds!) but I’ll only be sharing a few bits and pieces of it out of respect of privacy. There is no shame requesting this! Just know, I’ve got your back 😉
