They’re already grown. They have their own lives, their own plans, and maybe even a college acceptance letter sitting on the counter.

And somehow, you’re still wondering how the years went by so fast. 🥹

There’s something so special about taking family photos when your kids are grown and getting ready to step into the world. These aren’t the everyday moments anymore. They’re the moments you’ll look back on when everyone is scattered in different cities, living their own lives.

The house may get quieter… the calendar may get harder to coordinate… but this will always be your family.

Gigi’s senior session was anything BUT cookie cutter, and that was the whole point. ✨

We worked in so many little pieces of her into the session, with one of my favorite stops of the day: the high school theater costume closet, where Gigi spends hours working as a seamstress!

Boy moms, THIS is your reminder: your son’s senior pictures do not have to be boring. 👏

Fischer’s session was all about HIM. We worked in the things he genuinely loves, from cooking in the kitchen to wrestling, and every little detail made the session feel so much more personal.

Your son may not be asking for senior pictures, but that doesn’t mean you should settle for a handful of generic poses and call it good.

His hobbies. His personality. His favorite places. His story.

It was hot.

Like, question-your-life-choices hot. 🥵

But these photos? Even hotter. 🔥

Ava absolutely crushed her senior session, and somehow everyone survived the Missouri summer long enough to make some magic!

One of my favorite parts of the day, though, wasn’t even the senior portraits. It was seeing her whole family come along for photos too.

Senior year is a big deal for your senior, but it’s a milestone for your family too. Before you know it, this season is over. These are the last portraits before life starts changing in all the best ways.

So yes, we got the gorgeous senior photos…. but we also made sure the family was part of the story.

And honestly... those might end up being the best memories of the day! 🤍

Getting to celebrate my seniors even after their session is over 🥹✨

Surprising my Class of 2026 seniors with custom yard signs for their grad parties… just a small way to say THANK YOU for trusting me with such a big season of your life!

You’re not just another client to me.

Seeing their faces, knowing their families get to show them off, watching it all come full circle… it never gets old.
