After taking a much-needed summer break, soaking up all the family time we could get, slowing things down a bit, and enjoying a quieter season here at the ranch… we are officially back in dachshund-mode! ❤️

The nursery will soon be filling back up, tiny paws will be pattering across the floor, there will be that sweet breath with those slobbery kisses, playful barking, wagging tails, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome our next little bundles of sweetness, we've been missing this! 🩷🐾💙

Her wishes have come true, and her prayers answered! 🥹 She will be going to Florida with her new mom soon, and we could not be happier for her! 🥰

Katydid captured the hearts of so many, including our own, and now she gets to spend the rest of her life being loved exactly the way she deserves, brown eyes and all! 🤎

What seemed like a disappointment after she was turned away by the first person, was really just a stepping stone in part of her journey to the people who were meant to be hers all along. 💞

Thank you to everyone who shared her story and helped her find her way to the person she truly belonged. 🫶🏼
