I wanted my Facebook friends and family to consider my invitation to participate in our Facebook 'Like' campaign. Many of you have known myself, Michael W. Rogers and my best half, my wife Grace Lucardie Rogers for years in one way or another.
Even if you haven't had the opportunity to use our services, you know our character of being, honest, fair and with integrity. That still means something in the world of business. If you agree, I would ask that you give Best Shot Media a Facebook like. I will also invite you to do this for MWR Enterprises on Facebook at a later date for the same reasons.
This has never been a sustainable business as I always run it as a side 'passion project'. I never really went out of my way to promote it.
But being laid off by my last employer since a week before Christmas 2019, compounded by the fact that I find the online job posting websites not very fruitful as I turn 58 this week. Seems they w**d out anyone 55 or older just by scanning resumes and doing the math on my service in the US Army as a field medic back in 1980. Clearly the programs on the sites are looking for younger college graduates who can work for less money since they don't typically have the same financial obligations as some nearly triple their age and I get it. Sorry but $12.00 an hour for part time work with no benefits is not going to cut it.
While God has provided for us in every way possible, we are now heading into the third month without a paycheck. The bill collectors are on the prowl.
Personally, I could lose everything and care less, but my wife turns 71 next month. I don't want her to lose her safe and secure lifestyle we've worked three decades together so hard for, which is why I humbly make this request.
Last month we had hundreds of hits on our website but not one phone call. In a world with no social proof in the form of ratings, likes and or positive reviews, this can spell a death sentence for any company, big or small.
If you are also graciously inclined to help promote goodwill for our company MWR Enterprises, LLC in Colorado Springs, Colorado, this company is what contains the operation of BestShotMedia.com, PivitalPointConsulting.com, and MWR-Enterprises.com, all of which are an extension of MWR Enterprises, LLC.

Some of you on my friends list I have not visited recently and just seeing your name takes me back when we walked in the same corner of the world and makes me smile.
