First time seriously using my new drone to take some awesome shots! ✈️📷 This was taken at Sapphire Point Overlook in Dillon, Colorado where I stopped on my way to Vail, Colorado. ⛰️✨ Absolutely stunning view!

It was so incredibly windy that I was scared my little Mavic Mini was going to get blown away, but it actually handled the wind better than expected. 🍃 I practically held my breath the entire time. The only issue I had was it slicing my thumb open, but that was because I didn't wait for the propellers to stop before I grabbed it. User error... lol 😂 More shots from my trip to Vail coming soon!

I placed 2nd in Colorado College Outdoor Ed's photo contest in the category "Action Shots" with my image, "Game Faces On, Paddles Ready to Row"!!! 🎉 Two for two wins for this image! (photo is a little cropped thanks to Instagram's frame 😒 lol) Swipe to see full image and the winning feature!

This was taken at the 4th Annual Colorado Springs International Dragon Boat Festival at Quail Lake on August 25th, 2019.

I won a HM in the second to last competition of the 2019-20 season with my image "Perfectly Mirrored"! 3rd time's the charm!

I remember that my family and I were driving along the Ring Road hurrying to our next destination before sunset when I made them stop so I could shoot this beautiful scenery. 💙✨ I miss this stunning view!

Quarantine has me missing these beautiful places. 🏞️✨ Only in these times do you realize how much this world has to give. I can't wait to be taking off for another adventure somewhere around the world. ✈️🌎 In the meantime, I hope everyone is staying safe and doing well!

Macro photography definitely isn't my thing, but this photo makes me want to do more of it! This wasp flew into my house and I captured it so I could set it free. 🐝 But, obviously I had to give it a little photoshoot before I did, right?

Tonight's Super Pink Moon is the largest supermoon of 2020! My camera wasn't able to pick up the pink color, but the detail is absolutely beautiful! You can see Tycho Crater glow bright white against the dark lunar maria. I definitely need to get out and shoot the moon more often! Hopefully, I'll be able to take some more photos tomorrow morning!

The storm was just rolling in as we were leaving the peak of Iron Mountain which allowed me to capture this lovely shot of a half clear, half clouded sky! I sadly didn't bring my camera on this hike (yes, rookie mistake), but my phone did just fine. Also, I changed my username so it wasn't so lengthy. What do you guys think?

Sometimes you have to explore the unknown...

Captured this hidden cave's opening during the start of dusk at Painted Mines Interpretive Park. The park itself is a hidden gem in Colorado!

Can pretend that this is my Jeep? Thanks to this accidental photobomb because it gives the landscape a point of interest. To be honest, I don't love the edit but maybe I'll try again another day and repost the new (hopefully better) edit.

Started editing photos from my trip to Yosemite. I've been experimenting with different editing styles and I don't think this one is my style, but I liked the edit. Might be an image to put in for the next competition!

Another photo of the Garden of the Gods? Yep... Because the weather has been too nice in Colorado the past few days and a statewide stay-at-home order was issued yesterday. So enjoy photos of the Garden of the Gods until April 11th... Or longer? It's definitely time to dig out photos that I took a long time ago!

A window in the clouds showing Grand Teton's peak on a cold, crisp morning.

Starting at 5:00 AM, I sat next to the Snake River at Schwabacher Landing for four hours in below-freezing weather, waiting for the clouds to part. Sad to say, they never did. Later that day, I was lucky to capture this moment when the clouds gave us a peek, enveloping the mountains once again just a second after.
