I’m super excited to try out my new camera this weekend. So excited that the first three people to message me get a discounted photo shoot this weekend for $30. These shoots will be at Palmer Park, weather permitting.

Hey, y’all! Biz has been slow during this time of pandemic and social upheaval, but I want to do something positive!

So, here’s the challenge: I’m looking for 6-10 couples, family groups, or special occasion photo sessions in the next week. I will do the sessions for free, will provide you with a digital copy, will provide you the opportunity to purchase prints.

The catch is, you allow me to use the shots for my own advertising and other purposes (show entries, etc.) AND in addition to my standard red nose shots, you bring your masks. I want to document this time for posterity.

January is a great time for photos! If we're lucky we will have snow, but so often the skies are cloudy, which produces better lighting conditions for your shoot. I'm super excited to offer you a special January deal.

Outdoor sessions $50 for half an hour (up to six people.) These available sessions are limited! Call or message today for best choices.

In studio sessions are available as well. These are different photos, more arty, with focused lighting and often look better in black and white (my favorite!)

Note: outdoor shoots can be COLD. Dress warm or have someone come with a coat/blanket between shots. Wear appropriate footwear.

For In studio sessions, dark or single color clothes will be less distracting. Think white dress shirt with dark blazer or a single color formal dress. Natural makeup works best.

I watched this beautiful cormorant diving and surfacing for a while before I realized something was wrong. He never opened his beak. Then I thought I saw filament hanging off him, but wasn't certain. So I snapped pictures, hoping that when I got home, I would not see any. (The signs forbid entering the water.) I blew up the photo and saw, to my horror, the line wrapped around his beak. He will die if the park rangers don't see him and help him. I'm sending them a message, but wanted to put out a plug for fishermen and women to CLEAN UP YOUR FISHING LINE! There is no good reason for this bird to starve himself to death!
