Pine Meadows Photography Venue

Professional photographers, amateur/aspiring photographers, or anyone with their own camera are welcome to rent the space. The pricing remains fixed for any person with a camera wanting to capture some special memories. ​

~Where is the venue? Pine Meadows is in the southern part of Black Forest. It's minutes away from northern Colorado Springs, and less than an hour from Castle Rock and southern

Denver communities. The address will be given out upon request for tour or at time of booking.​

~What type of photography is allowed/disallowed? Feel free to take family photos, senior pictures, engagement photos, announcement photos, baby photos, holiday photos, or use it to stage promotion videos for your products or fashion lines. No bo***ir or sexual photography is allowed. The venue is on our family-friendly property with small children.​

~Can I have more than one client in my time slot? You can schedule as many clients in your time frame as possible. However, you are responsible for all of your clients while they are on the Pine Meadows property, and will need to greet them and help each one exit when finished.​

~Is there electricity? There are extension cords to electricity available upon request. ​

~Is the staging set up already, or do I need to bring it? Renting the farmhouse studio comes with custom staging. We can stage it with most things you see in photos, unless another photographer brought it themselves. You might as well ask!

~What if I need to cancel? We are happy to reschedule you if your time does not work out. There is a 25% refund if Pine Meadows is notified less than 24 hours in advance.​

~I don't have a photographer. Do you have one to recommend? We recommend C. Faith Photography! You can find her information at the top of this website, and her active FB portfolio here: https://www.facebook.com/cfaithphotographs/

~Can I take a tour of the venue? If you'd like to see the venue, please contact us and request a time to see it. We understand you may want to see more and check lighting ahead of time.​

~What about bad weather? If bad weather ruins your booking time, we are happy to reschedule or work with you to make your clients happy.​

~What happens after I book? After booking, you will be emailed a confirmation and staging request form, as well as waivers for you and your clients. Waiver forms must be completed and signed online before entering the property by all parties involved.​

~What type of payments do you take? Cash, check, and Venmo.

~Is the Farmhouse Shed heated? It is an open-air shed. There is a roof that filters light and will keep you dry, but the walls of antique windows and antique doors are not sealed. Whatever the temperature is outside, the inside will match!​

~Is there a bathroom on site?

​Please ask your clients to use the restroom before arriving. If you are booking more than one hour, accommodations can be made to use the restroom in the family house.

~Animals? Please call us as this is a special arrangement that needs to be talked through specific to your booking.​​
