We’re so excited to welcome our newest member to the studio. She’s jumping in and we can’t wait to see what she creates here.

“Hi! I’m Kaitlyn - the face behind Grace & Grain. I’m a military wife, currently rooted here in the Colorado Springs area, and a homeschooling mom of two. One of my kids is the heart behind this business and a big reason I picked up a camera in the first place. I photograph families, motherhood, and all the little milestones. Especially the moments that don’t always go “perfectly.” I truly love working with all kids. The wild ones, the shy ones, the ones who need a little extra time or do things differently - they’re all welcome and safe here. Because of my own life, I understand that not every child is going to sit still, smile on command, or follow a traditional session and that’s okay. I’m not here to force moments that aren’t real. I’ll guide where needed, but I let kids be themselves and work with them, not against them. As a mom, I also know how often we’re the ones behind the camera instead of in front of it. That’s something I care deeply about - making sure you’re in those memories too.
My goal is simple: to give you photos that feel like your real life. Family, Newborn, Headshots, and all things in between. Honest, imperfect, and meaningful photography.”
