That’s right- here in Colorado your dog(s) can sign as witness! AND you don’t need an officiant either. So it can truly just be y’all, your pups, and the views.

So anyways if you want a free sticker come to Pumpkins in the Park this Saturday Oct 24! Hopefully I’ll also have a special glitter sticker 🤞🏻🎃

Judy & Chase are married! We got an absolutely beautiful fall evening here in Colorado Springs for these two to say I do.

We started the evening at the coolest Airbnb just up the canyon, a train caboose! There Judy & Chase shared the sweetest first look and signed their marriage license. And of course, their two pups signed too! Pickle and Gouda absolutely nailed the license signing.

Then we headed out for Garden of the Gods! We wandered around the central garden until we made our way to Three Graces. There Judy & Chase shared a short ceremony, just the two of them.

We ran a tad behind, and the sun didn’t wait for us, so while we took some photos with the dogs that evening, we decided to meet back up a few days later too. Pickle and Gouda were on their best behavior and we got some super cute photos of the four of them!

Where the heck is Hanksville… that’s basically the motto of this tiny little “nothing” town in Southern Utah. But what a lot of people don’t know is that Hanksville packs a big punch. Within an hour of town are absolutely incredible landscapes like slot canyons, cliffs, and randomly... a spire?!?!

K&A saw a photo on my instagram of the spire, and just knew they had to go there for their elopement. So they booked me, and I helped them bring their favorite people to the middle of nowhere. They had a sunrise first look among the hoodoos at Goblin Valley State Park, off-roaded with their families to a ceremony spot on the literal edge of a cliff, hiked through a few slot canyons, and adventured to a the spire for sunset and star photos – all in one insanely epic elopement day.

If this sounds like the kind of elopement you’re dreaming of, I’d love to chat! I’ve got a few days open for elopements in the Hanksville area in late March + April 2027 (and now is the perfect time for us to start planning)!

Best way to end the day- with your favorite food! L&N love pizza so when we were picking locations we also weighed our pizza options. Breckenridge won!

Want to elope amongst the wildflowers?🪻

You should check out Crested Butte, Colorado! Crested Butte is one of my favorite mountain towns, and definitely the best place for an elopement with insane wildflower blooms and epic views!

Here are a few of the coolest places to elope in Crested Butte if you want to see tons of wildflowers:

🪻 Emerald Lake: requires a little off-roading but little to no hiking to reach a high-altitude lake where you can canoe and explore wildflower fields

🪻 Lake Irwin: the perfect spot for a hiking or overnight camping elopement on a tranquil lake surrounded by flowers and forests

🪻 Woods Walk: a ceremony location in the aspens with dramatic mountain views maintained by the Crested Butte Land Trust

🪻 The middle of nowhere! Honestly, the best spots to elope in Crested Butte aren’t well known. I’ve spent hours and hours in search of “secret spots” – like backcountry campsites, waterfalls, and off-roading or hiking trails – where you can elope among the wildflowers and huge mountain views (and skip the crowds!)

I have a few dates left for elopements in Crested Butte in mid-June 2027, right in the middle of peak wildflower season! We can explore the stunning lupine fields, go on an off-roading adventure, or have a picnic in the mountains. Shoot me a message to start planning!

Nicole & Noah are officially married! We had the best time adventuring around my favorite “hidden gem” mountain town, Leadville.

From the very beginning of planning with Nicole + Noah they were adamant that they didn’t want a super early morning. So instead of a 3am wake up, we slept in a bit and met up mid-morning for getting ready. They stayed at this adorable cabin in town, and Nicole got her hair done and did her own makeup!

One thing Nicole really wanted was that walk down the aisle moment. So, we went to this beautiful mountain lake for their first look. It had a great lead up, so Nicole could walk up to Noah. They shared the sweetest first look, and I gave them space to chat away and take a breath.

After a few portraits, we headed up the mountain pass for the couple’s ceremony. They hired a dog concierge service to take care of their dogs the whole day, this way Nicole & Noah were able to focus completely on getting married while knowing their babies were getting lots of love. We all met at the top of the pass and Nicole & Noah were able to share vows without trying to hold on to leashes, and Brisket & Louie still got to be in attendance.

After ceremony, we headed back to the couple’s cabin for their dogs to sign the marriage license, stopping at a grove of aspens on the way down. And then it was time for dinner! When I learned Nicole & Noah were really into food, I had suggested Tennessee Pass Cookhouse, which is the coolest hike-in dinner experience in a yurt. The cookhouse was so kind to stay open into their off-season for the couple’s private dinner – and when we were running a bit late, they drove us in on a side-by-side instead of having us hike in, which was so much fun and we didn’t miss sunset!

After a delicious multi-course dinner, we realized the sky had cleared up completely and the stars were out. Star photos weren’t originally part of our itinerary, but they ended up being the perfect way to end the evening!

Congrats Nicole and Noah, and thank you for trusting me with planning and photographing your elopement! It was an absolute blast

Budget who 😅

I know we started with one… pretty sure. All I know is we saved money by eloping, so I think it ended up being free.
