Captivated by the art of photography at a very young age, Stacey graduated from snapping pics with a simple 110 camera to utilizing state of the art equipment to create professional photographs. Inspired initially by nature and landscape artists such as Ansel Adams, she soon realized the joy and satisfaction of photographing people. What started as a passion was soon discovered to be a gift; as a
teenager, her photos were showcased in her high school art program, local 4-H chapters, and her school newspaper, and college art shows. Shooting her first wedding in 1998, Stacey's professional career began in 2003 after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. She was hired as a photography assistant for "New Concept Photography", rapidly becoming a lead photographer for the company. Stacey believes that photography is the ultimate art form for capturing the true spirit of life; from the romance of weddings, to milestones of growth, to the heart of a family-a photograph creates memories and awareness that all days, and all people, are special.
