My only rut day turned out to be wonderful. I befriended a wonderful family from Wisconsin and a lovely couple from Florida who adore moose as much as I do. Although I missed the 3 bull moose sparing, this mom and calf were worth the several hours of observation. Moose rut next, 🤞🏻 it is just as enjoyable.

Even though it marks the passage of another summer, this is my favorite time of the year because all my little pollinators come for a visit. This year the deer did not wipe out my Autumn Joy so they are strong and vibrant! That equals very happy 🐝 and 🦋. Save the pollinators!
