MONGOLIAN BEEF

Ingredients
1 lb flank steak, sliced across the grain into strips
1 tablespoon cornstarch
½ cup soy sauce
½ teaspoon sesame oil
¼ cup light brown sugar
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons jarred minced ginger
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
8 oz water (not needed until day of cooking) 1 cup

To Cook in Crockpot
Add the frozen meal to crockpot along with water.
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or high for 4-5 hours.

To Cook in Instant Pot
Add the frozen meal to Instant Pot along with water
Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes with valve sealed.
Manually release pressure.
