I come to this evening, to speak about a news story about a baby that was shot and killed by an officer. First, there is no justification for the act. Going forward, this is a time to do the right thing. There's public outcry, opinions, additional security measures in place. Cut! Let's put this in focus, and start with a timeline.
Kohen Wiley, a (1) year old, boy, was shot and killed, by law enforcement, either Tate County Sheriff Deputy or Police Officer, responding to a call at Walmart located in Senetobia, Mississippi.
Now, I am going to rule, on this matter.
First rule, it is to be noted, this act is unjustified.
