A glimpse into how a cloudy fall wedding day in the mountains of New York felt. First quiet, then emotional, and always full of so much heart.

Photographing as a second photographer rather than the lead has allowed me to hone in on what really adds to the story of a wedding day.

What feels like a real peek into the moment rather than trying to check a box? How can I compose rather than just staying where I’m at? What makes this day unique, what makes these loved ones unique? There is always a question to be answered by witnessing a wedding day unfold.

As heartbreaking updates continue to come out of Kerr County, my heart breaks for the lives lost and the families forever changed by the Central Texas floods. In moments like this, I’m reminded that in the dark times, people show up for one another. I want to do the same.

To help support those affected, I’m gifting a one-hour photography session to fundraise for the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund. This session can be used for individual portraits, couples, families, bridals, or engagements in the Bryan-College Station area, Houston, Austin or Southeast Texas.

How to enter:
– Each $25 donation counts as one entry and you can enter as many times as you’d like.
– Send your entry to Venmo and include your name and email in the notes so I can reach out if you win.

– Entries close July 17.
– Winner announced July 18.
– A receipt of the donation will also be posted for transparency.

Community is everything in the face of tragedy. Let’s come together to lift up our fellow Texans 🤍
