Last night was truly something special. And I'm not talking about panic-hiking ahead of them and up the tower with a heavy camera bag in tow (got 104 zone minutes woo!). Or the massive swarm of children that invaded the tower and postponed the proposal.

The tender sweetness between these two, patience around all the chaos, and undeniable chemistry was sooo amazing to witness bubble into this exciting moment!

Bookings for Summer are filling up faster than previous years 🤯 I love it! Summer photos allow more time to play with light and have possibility of gorgeous storm clouds showing up as a guest star in your photoshoot's sky.

Downsides that need to be taken into consideration before booking in the Summer:
☀️Possibly HOT weather. It's not uncommon for it to be 85+ outside in Wisconsin Summer
🐜Bugs (wear bug spray!)
🌅LATE sunsets, so if you want golden hour, you're looking at 9pm in June, 8pm in July, and 7pm in August

None of these are deter me from a session. If you tag me in, we'll go exploring and do all the things! But I will always make sure you understand those downsides before we roll out - because they are dealbreakers for many people, especially when littles are involved.
