Looking back at photos from my early days as a photographer was definitely an eye-opener! Back then, I thought every shot was amazing. Now, with years of experience under my belt, I realize how much I was relying on heavy editing to "save" a photo.

Experience taught me that a truly great photograph needs to be 90% right in the camera, needing only a couple of minor tweaks.

A photographer has to make a lot of mistakes to master their craft—and those early lessons are crucial. But when it comes to your wedding day or milestone portraits, you shouldn't have to be someone’s learning curve. Don't leave your irreplaceable memories to trial and error!
