Why experience matter, I learned so much more since this shoot! Credits Kimberly Moore

For this throw back, I really dug into the archives! Most of these images went unpublished because at the time, I did not have the editing skills to make these images workable. These are from a dramatic cosplay session I did with model Kimberly Moore. This was totally her concept, today I do a collaboration. I use these images to highlight why experience matters!
As I critique these images with the knowledge and skills I have today! Most of the poses need a lot of finessing, they are very static! I had several flash misfires here before I upgraded my equipment. Finally, my lighting skills were okay, but they lack for the standards I have today. Lights were not pointed incorrectly! I was doing photography for about 7 years, when I did this shoot, I see examples of these lower quality images all over the internet! Experience Matters!
