Watched this redfish smashing bait through a heavy mat of grass so it only made sense to throw my 4” NLBN K tail and float it over the grass.

The last couple days produced some decent snook-slot to just overslot on free lined croakers. Still looking for a 40” in the surf. Someone caught a 37” in the same area on a goofy jig and another over slot on a freelined sand flea in the trough which is pretty insane.

What is the weirdest bait/lure you’ve caught a snook on? Mine was on a sand flea on a snapper jig while targeting sheepshead.
