Something about the Lawrence County Court House made me want to do this dark black and white edit, kind of like an old Hollywood vibe. (Don't worry, I have them in color and I'll be adding those later this evening or early tomorrow).
I formally meet DeAnna Holliday last Thursday as she was sworn in as a Lawrence County Commissioner and I was blown away. I swear she spoke to (and hugged) just about every person there and you would have thought she had known them her entire life. She carried herself with such class and such grace. I over heard her telling someone how PROUD and EXCITED she is to start this job and start making our County better. Honestly, how many people say they are proud to represent our county?! I have a feeling she's going to do some great things for all of Lawrence County!
Oh, and how cool is it that she's only the second female commissioner Lawrence County has EVER had?!?
