We are proud to be a core business in Clinton. Well centered from the beginning, we have maintained a solid and respected business that those of the community and surrounding areas can count on for high quality photography. As fads come and go Woods Studio has kept a professional studio that produces the best in lighting and posing to make our clients look fantastic. Although photography can be "fun" we make sure that quality comes first. Mark has continued to keep up with the latest in technology and techniques so that your image will be the best it can be. He received his certification (CPP) in 1994 and has maintained it ever since. In 2007 he earned his Master of Photography degree from the PPA and is currently working on his Master of Artistry degree. It is important to Mark that every aspect of the process is a craft that is done by the studio, from the creating of the images, processing and retouching each image, to printing your final prints. Beyond skillful lighting, posing, composition and creation (all of which Mark has received awards for) Mark's skills in processing and retouching images is unsurpassed in Central Illinois. His craftsmanship with restoration of old photos and documents is unmatched. With a passion for history, Mark puts enormous effort into preserving old photos so that history is not lost. Nancy concentrates much of her time on the studios volume work such as schools, dance studios, and team photography. With many years of experience in the retail business she has the ability to organize and maintain the the multitude of groups we photograph.
