📸 A Difficult Goodbye… For Now. 🤍
With a very heavy heart, and honestly, a lot of difficulty, I’ve made the decision to put my camera down for a while.
This is not something I ever imagined I would have to say. Photography has been such a meaningful part of my life. It has given me a creative outlet, allowed me to meet incredible people, and given me the privilege of capturing moments that families can hold onto forever. Walking away from something I love is incredibly hard.
But right now, life is simply… a lot.
Between being a mom, a wife, taking care of my family, keeping up with the chaos of everyday life, and everything else that seems to find its way onto my plate, I’ve realized that I need to give myself permission to slow down.
Sometimes we have to step back from the things we love—not because we love them any less, but because we need to make room for the people and parts of our lives that need us most. ❤️
To every single person who has supported Lens Be Friends Photography—whether you booked a session, shared a post, followed my page, recommended me to a friend, liked a photo, left an encouraging comment, or simply cheered me on from the sidelines… thank you.
You have no idea how much your support has meant to me. Every session, every message, every kind word, and every person who trusted me to capture their memories has been a piece of this journey that I will always be grateful for.
Thank you for believing in me, encouraging me, and inspiring me to keep creating. 🥹🤍
For now, I’m going to put the camera down and focus on my family, myself, and getting life back into a place where I can breathe a little.
This isn’t necessarily forever. I’m not saying goodbye to photography completely. I’m simply saying “see you later.”
I hope someday I’ll pick up my camera again with the same excitement and passion—and when I do, I hope you’ll still be here. 📸✨
Thank you for being a part of Lens Be Friends Photography. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your memories.
Until then, please keep smiling, keep making memories, and keep being you. 🤍
With love and gratitude,
Megan
