I’m back on the timeline with some really exciting news to share.
My final year at Kent State I created an experimental short film called Define that focuses on being vulnerable. I poured so much of myself into this film and it remains one of my favorite passion projects I’ve made to date. Well I am happy to announce that it has been selected to screen at this year’s Cleveland International Film Fest!!! Special thanks to for helping me bring this vision to life.

I created Define in the middle of the pandemic my senior year at the University. For many like myself I really didn’t have the senior year I thought I would. I spent most of it in isolation and I questioned my fire to move forward. As I reflect back on this time, I never realized how much these feelings I struggled with ultimately played into the tone of this film. It is for this reason that I hold Define very close to my heart. Not only does it represent its own individual story, it also represents a time for me where art and creativity powered through in a time of adversity. It is why I’ll always turn to what I love to do. 🎥
