It’s official: Cleveland’s largest mural is complete!

Starting with the blank canvas at W.3rd x St Clair to the final ribbon cutting, we’ve been tracking this massive project from the air. Internationally renowned artist Eduardo Kobra completely transformed downtown Cleveland with this stunning 11,000-square-foot tribute to rock and roll legends!

The final reveal of this 11,000 Sq Ft. by Eduardo Kobra, brought forth by Graffiti HeArt, officially confirms that this is Cleveland's LARGEST Mural!

Major Road Projects underway:

* I-90 Central Interchange Project: A massive $328 million multi-year rebuild affecting I-90 from Ontario Street to Carnegie Avenue, scheduled to run through August 2032.

* I-77 Bridge Deck Replacement: A $21 million project replacing bridge decks on three I-77 bridges just south of downtown (over Woodland Ave, E. 22nd St., and E. 14th St.) with southbound work active through 2026.

Downtown & Gateway District Street Work
* Memorial Bridges Loop: Lane reductions and traffic restrictions continue on Huron Road, Ontario Street, and Detroit Avenue for shared-use bike and pedestrian path construction through November.

* The historic Eagle Avenue lift bridge is being dismantled, and Dan Gilbert’s real estate firm, Bedrock, is constructing a brand-new Eagle Avenue bridge and ramp system. This steep roadway will connect the upper Gateway District (starting at Ontario Street right across from Progressive Field) and slope down over the railroad tracks directly into the Flats

To play Aerial’s advocate-Watch…We are going to get these roads just perfect, then the flying cars will become mainstream.

Painting the illustrious memory of Chuck Berry, Aretha Franklin, Elvis Presley, and Wanda Jackson into this mural in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio! Check out the beautiful transformation at the corner of w.3rd and St. Clair next time you stroll past.

Since Sept 1st, Eduardo Kobra (flying in from Brazil!) and have been turning W 3rd & St Clair into a stunning piece of history celebrating these legendary icons.

We are proud to share our photography work featured in this Properties Magazine profile on Saint Ignatius High School’s $40 million campus expansion! The project introduces the new 56,000-sq-ft DiSanto Hall alongside a complete transformation of the 25,000-sq-ft former library into a vibrant Student Commons.

Capturing how the new architectural design honors the campus’s historic Victorian-era tower while introducing state-of-the-art, green-energy learning environments was an incredible experience. From the elevated views over Wasmer Field to the detailed masonry that echoes the school's historic main building, every angle of this project highlights modern design working in harmony with heritage.

"You can tell the building is new and different, but it doesn't look so out of touch with our existing building and different, but it doesn't look so out of touch with our existing building, and that was really important to the whole leadership team - that the buildings would look similar."

Big news for North Coast Harbor! The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame just acquired the neighboring Harbor Verandas building from TurnDev to lock in site control for future expansion!

DEVELOPMENT UPDATE: Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Acquires Harbor Verandas for Long-Term Growth

Big news for North Coast Harbor! The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame just acquired the neighboring Harbor Verandas building from TurnDev to lock in site control for future expansion!

While current residential and retail operations will continue, acquiring this 50,000-square-foot property gives the Rock Hall a strategic footprint right along East 9th Street. As their ongoing $150M expansion fills the remaining space to the west toward the Science Center, this acquisition ensures Cleveland's iconic landmark has room to grow for decades to come.

Back in March 2018, Aerial Agents was above North Coast Harbor capturing the construction and concrete pour that started it all.
