Life has probably felt like a lot lately.
Your phone never really stops buzzing. There’s always something that needs your attention. Work to finish. People who need you. Messages to answer. Decisions to make.
Even the moments that are supposed to be “rest” often still feel full.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that… it’s easy to quietly disappear from the center of your own life.
Not because you meant to. Just because there is always something or someone else that needs you first.
That’s exactly why I created the Body Love Day Retreat.
On April 11th from 12–5pm, a small group of women will gather at the studio for an afternoon designed to feel slower, warmer, and more human than most of what life has felt like lately.
Not another obligation.
Not another thing to achieve.
Just space.
Space to breathe.
Space to reconnect with yourself.
Space to sit in a room with other incredible women who understand what it feels like to carry a lot.
We’ll share lunch together, have meaningful conversations about body image and self love, and spend time reflecting on what it actually looks like to put yourself back on your own list.
There will also be optional empowerment mini sessions where you can celebrate yourself through bo***ir, glamour, or professional headshot style portraits if that feels aligned with you.
This day isn’t about fixing yourself though and getting it all together in an afternoon.
It’s about giving yourself permission to exist in your own life again for a few hours.
