A lot of new faces around here lately so I wanted to reintroduce myself.

I’m Elizabeth, a mom of three, photographer, and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to be in the middle of it all -
the noise, the movement, the constant in-between.

I know what it’s like to wonder if getting everyone dressed, out the door, and smiling at the same time is even worth it.
To feel like you’ll never quite get that photo.

But here’s the thing - the ones you’ll come back to won’t be the perfectly posed ones.

They’ll be the way your child reaches for you without thinking. The way your hand rests on your belly before you even realize it. The way it all feels, right now, before everything changes again.

That’s why I do this.

Not for perfection. Not for forced smiles.

There’s a quiet kind of magic in the newborn days. The kind you don’t fully understand until you’re in it.

The soft weight of them in your arms, the tiny fingers that instinctively find yours, the way time somehow stands still, and yet slips through your hands all at once. The days blur together in the most beautiful, exhausting way, and before you’re ready, this season is gone.

Because it’s fleeting.
Because you only get it once.

Newborn portraits are created within those first few weeks, when they’re still impossibly small, still brand new. This is when their story begins, and it deserves to be remembered with intention.

We take on a limited number of newborns each month to give every family the experience they deserve. From curated wardrobe for your family, and professional hair and makeup, to a fully guided, effortless session. All you have to do is arrive and be present.

There is something incredibly special about documenting this season. The quiet anticipation, the strength of motherhood, and the life growing just beneath your heart.

Many mothers tell me they want portraits that feel natural, simple, and timeless. My goal during every session is to guide you in a way that feels relaxed and effortless so you can simply be present in the moment.

Maternity sessions are typically photographed between 28–32 weeks and are reserved early in the second trimester.

Newborn photography isn’t rushed. It’s slow, quiet, and led by your baby.

Each session is designed around comfort and care, allowing your little one the time they need to settle naturally. Because when a baby feels calm and safe, the most beautiful moments unfold effortlessly.

My goal is to create a peaceful space where parents can relax, watch their baby, and simply be present in these first precious days.

If you’re expecting and hoping for newborn photos, most families reserve their session during the second trimester to ensure availability (I already have November babies on my calendar!)

Because babies rarely arrive exactly on schedule, your due date holds your place, and once baby arrives we choose the exact day for your newborn session.

I think social media is quietly stealing motherhood from a lot of us.

Not in obvious ways, but in small ones. One more post, one more reel, one more message.
And if you stop, it feels like you disappear online.

But the more I think about it, the more I realize something. Motherhood isn’t meant to be lived at the speed of the internet.

Because while the world is scrolling, my babies are growing.

They’re asking me to watch.
To listen.
To sit next to them.

And those moments won’t refresh tomorrow.

So if I’m quieter here sometimes, it’s intentional. Because I don’t want to look back and realize I was building a life online while missing the one right in front of me.
