Our last baby is GRADUATING! This senior session was a blast, just a momma/daughter girls night in Chattanooga! Emy is a fun little diva, sassy and determined to do what she wants to do. This is a big year for her; dual-enrolled at Lee University, working at Chick-Fil-A, and performing in her final show with the Homeschool Players. She will be graduating with our local homeschool group and the Chattanooga homeschool group next month. Emy plans to continue to attend Lee University in the fall with a major in Marketing. We love her so very much and can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for her next!

23 years apart - Like Mother, Like Daughter

I modeled in this dress in college for a senior’s portrait portfolio project. The dress has hung in my closet ever since. A couple years ago, Emy and I planned to save it for a dance for her senior year, and here we are!

It was FREEZING (and actually snowed at the dance!) but we made the best of it and took some cute shots of Emy and the girls!

*Side note - the jacket is mine too! A gift from Tony over 20 years ago.

We’ve known the Davies for many many years, so this session was super special! From being church staff families, to homeschool buddies, to home church families, to building our forever home by Matt Davies, the Simmons-Davies clan has walked through sooo much together!
