That's not something I take lightly.

Let's talk about the hands.

Because apparently every human being becomes acutely aware of their hands the second a camera points at them.

The trick?

Don't just “place” your hands somewhere.

Give them a job. (a hand job- get it 😝)

Touch your hair.

Trace your body.

Hold the fabric.

Touch your neck.

Play with a strap.

Rest your hand somewhere intentionally.

Movement makes a huge difference.

And yes...

I'll tell you exactly what to do.

And sometimes that's "pretend there's an egg under your hand"
