FORBIDDEN NECTAR 🍯🐝

There is a terrifying beauty in total surrender, a point where craving completely overrides the survival instinct. Working with Sarah again, we wanted to manifest her interpretation of a dark deity—a queen of desire and seduction who effortlessly hypnotizes you, forcing you to ignore the danger and walk straight into the trap. You see the danger, you see the dead bees covering her—the workers who willingly gave their entire lives just to fuel her sovereign majesty. They sacrificed everything for their queen, and she simply consumes the fruit of their labor, locking eyes with you while she does it.

“You hypnotize me, always”

​You crave her sensuality, drifting closer and closer. You want, and you want, and you want. But the closer you get to making her yours, the more you realize you have to die in the process of giving yourself to her.

​It is a toxic sanctuary. The very venom coursing through her sting is lethal enough to kill you, yet the nectar is too intoxicating to resist. She demands the ultimate sacrifice for a taste of her sweetness, and looking straight down the barrel of my lens, she knows she'll get it.

​You can have all the sugar, all the gold, and everything you desire. But this sting will ruin you. The pain of the venom is the price of the pleasure.

For the first time in a long time... hello, this is my face.

​For those of you who don't know, my name is Gabe. I am x0n3shot_photographyx. You usually only see the work on the other side of my lens, but today I wanted to pull back the curtain, invite you into my world, and show you the man behind the camera. (And yes, this is the real me minus the Snapchat face tattoos from the video).

​Right now, I’m breaking down the process behind this upcoming "Queen Bee" shoot. Usually, Sarah and I just spitball an idea and run with it, but this one was different. We spent 3 months planning every single detail to get it absolutely perfect.

​Her weapon, the Amethyst Shard, is as temperamental as its Master. Its natural state is a deep, tranquil violet—a reflection of her calculated control and her mastery of the light. But the Shard is reactive; as her unbridled fury surges, the blade begins to crackle and bleed into a jagged crimson. It is a visual warning that the Matriarch has unleashed the Unbound Fury, turning the Force itself into a weapon of total extinction.
​She stands in the shattered space between worlds, where the Force is at its most volatile. Do not mistake her beauty for mercy, or her grace for weakness. She is the predator that the Jedi feared and the Sith could never control. You don't stand a chance against a Master who has already seen your end in the shards of the Force.

Always a Classic. 🥤✨

This set is all about that liquescent tennessee summer heat.  I wanted to see if I could bring a vintage ad to life by pushing a minimalist setup to its absolute limit. Melanie W ( .williamsfit ) was the perfect muse to anchor this "time-travel" vibe, making every frame feel like a rediscovered classic.

I’m honestly so sorry. I know I was supposed to post something "average" today to give the other photographers in Cleveland a fighting chance, but then Czarina showed up and we accidentally did this. 🤷‍♂️

I try to be humble, really. I tell myself, "Gabriel, stop being the best in town for five minutes," but then I pick up the camera and—oops—perfection again. It’s a heavy burden to carry, honestly. PSHH I KNOW IM THE GOAT WTF YOU MEAN 🤣🤣 ?! If you’re looking for a reason why everyone says I’m top tier in TN, just use your eyes. It's LITERALLY right there.

Czarina, you absolute inked up Goddess. I’d say "thank you" for the shoot, but we both know I’m the one who had to do the heavy lifting of standing there and pressing a button while you just... existed and looked like a masterpiece. 🙄 Sincere thanks for bringing that energy, though—most people couldn't pull off "Industrial Goddess" this well if they tried.

​Look, if you’re looking for those "studio portraits" that look like they were lit by a flashlight, or that crusty, desaturated copper-and-brown preset vibe that was trendy back in 2012... keep walking. I’m not here to give you the same washed-out, lifeless shots that every other person with a camera in Cleveland is still churning out like it's a decade ago.

I don't do "safe." I shoot for the raw personality, the actual emotion, and that specific brand of badass energy that makes people stop and stare. My sessions are designed to bring the heat while everyone else is still stuck in a desaturated time warp.

​Honestly, I’m shocked we actually managed to get anything done between the sarcasm and the chaos, but look at the results. It was about time we finally linked up for a shoot—thanks for not being completely terrible to work with.
