Well you’ve probably seen my posts and noticed for a few weeks my website has been down….

I CANT BELIEVE IM SAYING THIS BUT THE NEW WEBSITE IS LIVE ✨🪄

To be honest my old website felt generic and stiff, and that’s not who we are. So in March I set out to rebrand Equilibrium to better fit Ezra and I, and our wanderlusting side. After weeks of struggling I passed the torch to Dakota, and man did she blow the branding out of the water.

Dakota then Introduced me to the Incredibly talented Robyn, who has made every single vision for this brand and website come to life in the BEST ways. I can not thank Robyn enough for my constant DMS, and for taking my completely unorganized brain and creating the most perfect website possible.

I also want to thank Kassie, for deep diving into the heart and soul of Equilibrium and writing the copy for the website. Seriously read it, it will give you the most wanderlust.

Anyways I hope you guys love it, digest alllll of the info and see just how much Ezra and I care about you.

As my website is currently under construction, I would like to dive a bit into the booking process to hopefully clear up some questions!

We are currently booking 12-16 months out so please reach out sooner rather then later to make sure your date is open!

When you inquire with Equilibrium, please inquire via the website. DM’s are so great but they can get lost. It helps keep me organized when I can find them all via my contact form. We want to provide you with the most amount of info upfront so you can make sure you are absolutely choosing the perfect photographer for your needs.

After inquiry we will send over some sample gallery’s, a brief breakdown of the package, as well as a booking guide. Within the booking guide you can learn more about working with us, view the contract and even place your deposit if you decide to move forward, and we sure hope you do!

Once the contract is signed + deposit is placed you are considered fully booked. I will never sell the date out from under you, but please be considerate when reaching out that there may be other couples that are wanting your date!

After booking we will send over your welcome guide + questionnaire and get the ball rolling on your engagement session.

Figured I’d pop in and say hi since we have so many new faces. My name is Emma and I own Equilibrium Photos with my husband Ezra.

Equilibrium photos truly started the day Ezra and I met each other 3 years ago. However separately we have been both shooting for so much longer. We have a strong passion for nature, we have a small zoo of our own, and we absolutely adore music.

Equilibrium by meaning is a state in which opposing forces or influences are balanced or a calm state of mind.

While I (Emma) am more extroverted, and Ezra is more introverted, we create a balance and a calm throughout the wedding day. Ezra is able to focus on all of the details, kick ass dancing shots and dreamy candids of guests. Emma is able to capture the important moments - timeless family photos, dreamy couples portraits, and ofcourse those whirlwind candid moments that make you weep.

In general I’d like to say Equilibrium is more than just a husband and wife photo duo. We are your new best friends, your cheerleaders, your shoulder to cry on or I’d even go as far as saying your emotional support photographer. We are here to support you.

We are proud ally’s of the LGBTQ+ community, we are lovers of all humans, we thrive off of human connection and capture intimate earthy, candid photos that are timeless.

Equilibrium is for people who give a damn.
