I recently went through all my camera things and found a SIM card filled with photos from some of my very first photoshoots. After re-downloading and re-editing them, I couldn’t wait to share this one!

I had the opportunity to capture headshots for Constancia. She was one of my very first clients!

Hi, friends! 👋

I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself.

My name is Ashley! I’m 32 years old and currently live in Lake County, but I grew up in the beautiful Napa Valley.

Photography became much more than a hobby after my twin sister passed away when we were just 9 years old. Some of my most treasured possessions are the photos we have together. They remind me that while moments may pass, memories can live on forever.

That experience is what inspired me to pick up a camera. It taught me that every smile, every embrace, every milestone, and every ordinary moment is worth preserving because one day, those photos become priceless.

The name Let Your Light Shine Photography holds a very special place in my heart. My sister’s favorite song was This Little Light of Mine, and every time I hear it, I’m reminded to keep shining my light and to help others celebrate theirs.

That’s exactly what I hope to do through my photography—capture the genuine moments that tell your story and preserve them for generations to come.
