One thing that I've learned from working on reality shows and movies for the past 17 years is that I need consistency. When working true crime we needed the lighting and shot angle(s) to match between interviews. And how do we achieve that? Highly detailed notes. When I'm doing headshots for companies they ALSO want consistency, so when I set up a shot in January they're gonna get the same shot for another employee in September.
