🔴8/30/26: Motorcyclist Hit Pole🔵
Clarksville, Tenn. - At approximately 5 p.m., a crash was reported involving a single motorcyclist. For reasons still being investigated, the motorcyclist drove off the road and collided with a light pole near the area of Memorial Drive and Valley Road. The injuries sustained were not specified and their condition is unknown. They were airlifted to Skyline Medical Center by AirEvac. The area was shut down for over two hours, but has now reopened at the time of this writing. No further details were available.

UPDATE: Pokemon Card Thief Caught

The suspect has been identified by authorities as Andrew Taylor Brown. He was arrested in Orange Beach, Alabama along with three other individuals. Investigators in Alabama were able to recover other suspected stolen property, but the rare Pokemon card is still missing.

Detectives with CPD were able to find enough evidence to connect Brown to the theft. CPD received assistance from the Nashville Metro Police Department and the Orange Beach, Alabama Police Department in the investigation.

🔴8/27/26: Multi-Vehicle Crash🔵
Clarksville, Tenn. - At least four vehicles were involved in a crash on the 101st Airborne Division Parkway Thursday afternoon. The crash was reported at approximately 6:25 p.m. about a mile before approaching Peachers Mill Road on the westbound side. The lanes were shut down while tow trucks cleared up the crash. As of this writing, the road has opened back up. The severity of the injuries were not specified. No further information was released.

🔵8/26/26: Man Shot in the Chest🔴
Hopkinsville, Ky. - At approximately 3 a.m. Wednesday morning, a call was made regarding a shooting that occurred in the 100 block of Koffman Drive. Upon arrival, officers with HPD found a man with a gunshot wound to the chest. According to HFD Captain Payton Rogers, EMS transported the man to Jennie Stuart Medical Center with CPR in progress. No further details were provided. The shooting is under investigation. This article will be updated once more information is released.

🔵8/25/26: Hit and Run🔴
Clarksville, Tenn. - This morning at approximately 5:56 a.m., a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle crossing the street near the Shell gas station on the corner of Westfield Court and Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. According to the family, he was crossing the street, leaving the gas station when he was struck by a blue Ford F-150. They stated the pickup truck left the scene of the crash. The pedestrian was seriously injured and is requiring surgery.

🔵Pokémon Card Theft🔵

The Clarksville Police Department is investigating the theft of a rare and valuable Pokémon card. In July 25, 2026, the man pictured below entered Guild Vault Games located at 2026 Fort Campbell Boulevard and used a fraudulent credit card to to purchase a $2,500 Mega Charizard X Ex that is PSA graded. The card is also pictured below.

According to CPD, the charge initially went through on the day of the purchase but days later, the charge was rejected, resulting in the negation of the full purchase amount.
