I was just thinking about how amazing it is that my portfolio showcases all different walks of life that have always been or just passing through Tennessee at some point in their journey. A moment that they want to document, a milestone they want frozen in time.
How lucky am I to meet all of you, even if it's brief and I never see you again. To be a part of that moment that means something to you is really special. 🤍

🖤 I've photographed over 20 weddings now, and somehow it's never the big moments that catch me off guard.

Sometimes it's a dad trying not to cry before first look.
Sometimes it's the squeeze of a hand before he lets go.

Not because they're losing a daughter.
But because they remember every version of her all at once.
The little girl they carried.
The teenager they protected.
The woman they're so proud to walk toward her next chapter.

I've learned that wedding days aren't just about two people promising forever, they're about every kind of love that helped get them there.

She's the absolute sweetest, so I know she'll take such great care of her future patients. 🤍

I love doing grad sessions because I know firsthand how hard it is to juggle college full-time (especially with kids... whew 😮‍💨). Watching women push through those challenges to build a better future for themselves and serve their communities is so inspiring.
