One of my favorite things about photography is getting to step into someone else’s story and preserve the moments they never want to forget.

Whether it’s the nervous excitement before a proposal, the way your children laugh together, or the little in-between moments you didn’t even realize were happening, I want you to feel comfortable, be yourselves, and walk away with more than just pretty pictures.

I want you to have memories that feel like you, and photographs that bring you right back to how it all felt.

If that’s the kind of experience you’re looking for, I’d love to tell your story.

There’s something so special about senior sessions! I love getting to capture this season of life and give seniors photos that feel like them. A little bit of personality, a lot of genuine smiles, and memories to look back on for years to come.

I have ONE cancelation causing an opening this weekend in San Antonio for anyone who’s been wanting! If you’ve been putting off photos or still need to get yours scheduled, send me a message and let’s make it happen!

If you hear me say “and then…” one more time, just know I’m doing my best. 😂

I hate hearing my own voice. I overthink what I say. And apparently, “and then” is the only transition phrase I know.

But I also know I can’t grow a business, share what I’m learning, or inspire someone else if I’m constantly worried about how I look or sound doing it.

So here’s me choosing to show up anyway. Even if it’s awkward. Even if it’s imperfect. Even if I say “and then” 400 times.

Growth requires being willing to be seen before you feel completely comfortable being seen.

And maybe someone else needs that reminder, too.

With over 700 new faces around here in the last month, I thought it was time to introduce myself! Hi, I’m Tori!

1. My faith comes first. I’m a Christian, and my relationship with the Lord shapes every part of my life.

2. I’m a wife and mom of three. My husband, Austin, is a preacher and life insurance agent. We had our babies at home, and our little ones are usually outside, covered in dirt, and chasing bugs. I wouldn’t have it any other way!

3. We recently moved from Texas to Tennessee. Between a six week work trip to Scotland for our church, moving states, Austin’s heart attack earlier this year, and starting new careers, this year has been WILD! I recently got my life insurance license to work alongside him, and we’re excited for this new chapter!

4. I’m ridiculously competitive. I thrive on being busy, working, and having goals to chase. Sitting still isn’t exactly my strength.

5. My idea of relaxing is deep cleaning. Reorganizing closets at 9 p.m.? Sounds like a great evening to me.

6. I’m old-school. Calendars, appointments, forms, and to-do lists belong on paper. If I don’t write it down, there’s a good chance I’ll forget it exists.

7. I’m a health nut. I love researching wellness and finding ways to make healthier choices for my family.

8. I’m a perfectionist. I can spend an hour removing microscopic gnats from a photo. No insect is safe during my editing process.

So there you have it! A little glimpse into the person behind the camera. I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to connect with more of you in Clarksville!

Which of these things do you relate to most?

I’ve never wanted to put myself in a box when it comes to photography. 🤍 From the tiny details of a newborn, to the anticipation of motherhood, the beautiful chaos of family life, the creativity of a styled session, and the milestones that come with being a senior, there is something so special about every season worth capturing. I don’t want to limit myself to one chapter of your story when there are so many beautiful ones to tell.

But if there’s one thing that ties my work together, it’s golden hour. The warmth, the softness, the way the light falls just right, and the way ordinary moments can feel extraordinary. No matter who’s in front of my camera, my heart is in creating portraits that feel natural, timeless, and true to you. I may photograph a little bit of everything, but I’ll always chase that golden light.

It has been one of the greatest privileges of my life to watch my husband dream big, and then work relentlessly toward those dreams. His dreams are big, but his determination is bigger.

And lately, I’ve been reminded that we really can do hard things.

I think back to having my first baby at home. It was hard. It was painful. There were moments I wanted to quit. But my mind was made up before I ever got to that point, and I knew what I was willing to endure to get where I wanted to go.

I want to approach our dreams the same way.

I’m tired of believing that what we have right now is the most we can have. I’m tired of letting fear, comfort, or circumstances put a ceiling over what God might be able to do through us.

So I’m dreaming bigger. I’m putting in the work.

Not just to build something for ourselves, but to build a legacy for our children, and to be able to serve and impact the people God brings into our path along the way.

Maybe the dream feels bigger than you right now. That’s okay.

Sometimes you just have to set your mind to it, take the next step, and trust God with the rest.

There’s a reason my editing style is intentionally simple.

I don’t want to look back at your photographs five, ten, or twenty years from now and see an editing trend that immediately dates the image. I want you to see yourself, your people, and the season of life you were in.

When I edit, I’m not trying to create a different version of you. I’m trying to bring out what was already there. The warmth of the light, the emotion in the moment, the little details that made the photograph worth taking in the first place.

Photography, to me, isn’t about changing what’s beautiful.

It’s about noticing it.

And then preserving it in a way that will still feel beautiful years from now.

There’s something special about photographing childhood exactly as it is.

The genuine smiles. The little expressions. The personality that comes through when they forget the camera is even there.

Because years from now, it won’t just be a photograph of what they looked like.

It will be a little piece of who they were.
