having zoe + rafael fly up from California for their Oregon engagement session was such a treat 🕊️

after having to pivot from our original location, I think it’s safe to say that Oregon really pulled through to give these two the most beautiful chunk of sunshine in October 🦋

and wanna know the craziest part? rafael did this whole shoot with a healing broken knee! brace came off for photos and crutches were posted up outside of frame because he understood the vision + sadly those items weren’t in them lol

in the end, these photos were a dream not only because of the beautiful day, but because of the loveeeee.
zoe + rafael are such genuine and kind souls and the love they have is so cozy, it feels like home.

my goal is always documenting your love in a way that feels like your version of home because you deserve nothing less 🫶🏼

this post is long overdue, but I couldn’t put it off another day >

Carter + Julee had the most perfect beautiful day in Emmett, ID at Magnolia Reserve the beginning of this month and I find myself thinking, “how did it go by so fast?”

getting to capture their wedding day after being Carter’s roommate in college is an honor I’ll never forget.
Julee, you are the perfect partner for Carter + I couldn’t imagine getting to call the most beautiful and thoughtful person my friend!
And Carter, I knew you would find a great gal to spend your life with, but boy did you exceed all expectations 🥹

I still remember Carter surprising me at our own rehearsal dinner by dropping the bomb that he had a girlfriend (after being single almost the entire time I knew him) during his speech and I got SO excited - like wouldn’t let him finish his speech excited because I kept saying “WHAT?!”. 😅

it only took the first time meeting Julee to know it was a forever thing 🕊️ so fast forward to now, they have a beautiful house together, got to honeymoon in Mexico, and choose each other everyday for the rest of their lives 🫶🏼

the happiest of tears were shed all day during this sunny day in Idaho + these photos are just a glimpse of how perfect it truly was!
