Watching her reminded me of something.

At 21, most of us spend so much time picking ourselves apart. We think we’re too much of something or not enough of something else. We wait until we’re thinner, more confident, more successful, more loved…

If I could tell my 21-year-old self one thing, it would be this:

Stop waiting.

You are already becoming the woman you’ll one day admire. The things you’re so critical of today may become the very things you’ll miss tomorrow.

Wear the dress.
Take the pictures.
Laugh loudly.
Chase the sunsets.
Trust yourself a little more.

Because one day, you’ll look back and realize you were far more beautiful, capable, and worthy than you ever gave yourself credit for.

And I hope every young woman knows that long before she has to learn it the hard way. 🤍

❤️ Christmas at Home is a timeless holiday portrait session in the same beautiful studio setting. It’s perfect for children, couples, maternity, or immediate families wanting classic Christmas portraits without Santa.

Some love stories are loud.

Some are found in laughter.

Some are found in quiet moments…
A hand reaching for another.
A forehead resting on a shoulder.
The way they still choose each other after all the ordinary days.

Those are the moments I want you to remember.

You don’t need an engagement ring, an anniversary, or a special occasion to celebrate your relationship. Sometimes the greatest gift is simply pressing pause and preserving this chapter of your story exactly as it is.
