Penny hired me over 2 years ago. She was suppose to get married in 2021. But right before the big day last year, her mom passed away suddenly. The wedding was postponed. And over the year we grew close, without ever meeting face to face. We shared the same heartache of losing a parent just months apart. Late night messages were common and tears were shed. But we somehow…somehow pulled through. When the wedding day finally came this year, it was like we’d knew each other all along. The day went seamlessly, she was a vision, and her family was incredible. BUT Nathan’s love for her was exactly what every bride hopes for. Right before her dad gave her away, she stopped, walked over to her moms chair, and laid a rose from her bouquet down. It was such a powerful moment. I feel so lucky to have be apart of this day. I still can’t believe this is my job and the people it brings along the way!
