My thoughts go out to all of the racers, many of whom are my friends, that this situation will be resolved and they can get back to the sport they've given so much to.

Darryl Cuttell is getting out of the racing business. Darana Motorsports Holdings has hired Tranzon Auction Services to sell 12 tracks, including Atlanta Dragway, Virginia Motorsports Park, Rockingham Speedway, Memphis, Heartland, National Trail, Dragway 42, Milan, Empire, Kil-Kare, Piedmont and Galot. Sealed bids are due Nov. 17.
