Rain changed the plans, but not the meaning of the day. Meg and Michael’s intimate wedding was full of custom vows, clear umbrellas, their closest people, lots of intention and the biggest smiles.

We spent the evening exploring Smale Riverfront Park, photographing each of them individually, the girls together, and all three of them as a family. Their blue outfits looked so beautiful against the park, bridge, and city views.

This maternity mini session at Summit Park in Blue Ash, Ohio was all about celebrating one last season as a family of three before welcoming baby number two.

This session celebrated so many milestones—10 years of marriage, Sabrina almost turning one, and Ramona getting ready to celebrate her fifth birthday. 🤍

One of my favorite details was seeing Sabrina wear the same dress Ramona wore for her own first birthday photos, with Ramona making sure her favorite stuffed kitty joined us too.

Karli and Conor’s intimate wedding at Mt. Airy Arboretum felt incredibly personal from beginning to end.

Just the two of them, their parents, Vasey Garden, and a ceremony focused completely on what mattered most.

Their story is one I don’t think I’ll forget anytime soon either —There was such a calm tenderness between them all evening long, and honestly, that’s exactly what their photos feel like too.

Also still not over the vintage car portraits or Karli’s incredible dress ✨

Extended family sessions always remind me how quickly life changes in the best ways.

The Butler family met me at Smale Riverfront Park in downtown Cincinnati for a session focused on simply documenting this season together — grandparents, growing families, and three sweet little grandkids all in one place.

We started the session with the full extended family—grandparents, ccousins, and the whole crew together for a quick mini session before shifting into a more relaxed full family session with just the Hannah family.

I always love when families carve out time for both. Those larger group photos become more meaningful every year, even if getting everyone looking in the same direction at once feels slightly impossible in the moment.

One of my favorite things about photographing returning families is getting to watch their kids grow up in front of my camera. I still can’t believe how big Evelyn and Theodore are getting, and now little Louis has officially joined the “run away from Kristin” phase that the bigs JUST grew out of. Somewhere between the running, wiggling, and chaos negotiations, we still managed to capture what matters most—this season of life exactly as it is right now.
